RS 51:2180 - Continuing care facilities residents' organizations A resident living in a facility registered under this Chapter has the right of self organization, the right to be represented by an individual, the right to be represented by an individual of his own choosing, and the right to engage in concerted activities to keep informed on the operation of the facility in which he is a resident or for other mutual aid or protection.
