RS 51:2318 - Laws applicable to the corporation The corporation shall be subject to the Public Records Law, except when proprietary information is involved, the Open Meetings Law, the Bond Validation Procedures Law, the Administrative Procedure Act, and the Code of Governmental Ethics.
