RS 51:2320 - Appropriations; warrants; records Funds made available to the corporation by the legislature shall be used solely for the programs and purposes otherwise provided for in this Chapter. The corporation shall keep books showing from whom any money is received and for what purpose, and to whom any money is paid and for what purpose.
