RS 51:2321 - Louisiana Small Business Incubator Program; creation; purpose A. The Louisiana Small Business Incubator Program is hereby established in and shall be administered by the Louisiana Economic Development Corporation. B. The program shall have the express purpose of providing financial resources for qualified local entities, both private nonprofit and public, to establish, operate, or expand a small business incubator.
