RS 51:2326 - Creation; purpose A. The Monroe and Northeast Louisiana Technology and Business Incubation Center is hereby established and shall be administered by the Louisiana Economic Development Corporation. B. The program shall have the express purpose of providing financial resources for qualified local entities, both private nonprofit and public, to establish, operate, or expand a small business incubator to be located in Northeast Louisiana and which will house qualified technology based start-up companies.
