RS 51:2335 - Customized workforce training A. The Workforce Development and Training Program shall develop and coordinate programs for customized workforce training. B. Customized training may be provided to the present employees of a business which the corporation deems to be in need of training to prevent job loss caused by obsolete skills, technological change, or national or global competition. Customized training may also be provided to employees at a facility which is being newly developed or which is being relocated from another state into Louisiana.
