RS 51:2370.11 - Receipt and disbursement of federal grant funds The division of administration shall be the designated agency for receipt and disbursement of state and federal funds intended for the state for broadband expansion or allocated by the state for broadband expansion and shall seek available federal grant funds for that purpose. All federal grant funds received for the purpose of broadband expansion shall be disbursed in accordance with this Subpart. Acts 2021, No. 477, §1, eff. July 1, 2021; Acts 2023, No. 383, §3A.
