RS 51:2425 - Enforcement Any violation of the provisions of this Chapter shall be enforced through the unfair trade practices provisions of the Insurance Code and shall be enforced by the penalties provided for in said provisions. Acts 1990, No. 765, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 1991.
