RS 51:295 - Registration of confusingly similar trademarks, service marks and trade names prohibited The secretary of state shall not register any trademark or service mark or trade name, (including corporate names), which so resembles any one of the trademarks, service marks or trade names reserved by this Subpart to the Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District, except for said district or with the written approval of said district, that is likely to cause confusion or mistake or to deceive.
