RS 51:305 - Rebate certificates; requirement that purchaser make all purchases from issuer unlawful No person shall stipulate that the certificates or evidences of indebtedness referred to in R.S. 51:304 shall be binding only if the original party to whom they were issued makes all purchases from the person issuing the certificates or from a person connected in any manner with the person issuing the certificates.
