RS 51:3082 - Administration of the program The Office of Financial Institutions shall maintain and interpret policy for the Louisiana Community Development Financial Institution program, shall perform the regulatory and examination functions of the program, and provide for the implementation and administration of the Louisiana Community Development Financial Institution Act.
