RS 51:3089 - Rules and regulations The commissioner may make and promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act as necessary to carry out the provisions of this Chapter, including but not limited to the following: (1) Providing for definitions. (2) Establishing licensure requirements. (3) Providing for certification and decertification of licensees. (4) Establishing fees and assessments. (5) Establishing dates by which reports shall be filed with the commissioner. (6) Providing for administrative and enforcement actions. Acts 2005, No. 491, §1, eff. July 12, 2005.
