RS 51:332 - Penalty Any person or any officer, agent, receiver or member of any firm, company, association or corporation, who violates R.S. 51:331 shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars nor more than five thousand dollars, or imprisoned for not less than one year nor more than two years, or both.
