RS 51:692.2 - Definition The words 'open market', as used in R.S. 51:692.1 through 51:692.10, shall mean all sales or exchanges conducted or transacted through the medium of stores, shops, sales agents or agencies, whether retail or wholesale, or in any manner to the consuming public.
