RS 51:911.33 - Agent for service of process Every person licensed by the commission domiciled outside of the state of Louisiana who does not maintain an office or place of business in Louisiana and who does not have any other agent designated for service of process shall by his application for a license appoint the secretary of state of Louisiana as his agent for service of process in an action or proceeding on a cause of action related to the business activity of such license.
