RS 51:913.3 - Penalty A violation of any provision of this Part, including failure to make such records required under the provisions of this Part available for inspection by any law enforcement officer, shall be punishable upon first violation by a fine of up to five hundred dollars. Any subsequent violation shall be punishable by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars and not more than five thousand dollars. Added by Acts 1982, No. 549, §1; Acts 2005, No. 423, §1.
