RS 51:932 - Assistance and advice; use of facilities The department may call upon any other state department or agency for assistance and advice. The facilities of the State Library of Louisiana and of Louisiana State University shall be made available for use by the department or members of its staff. It shall be the duty of the attorney general to give assistance to the department and to render his opinion in writing on any subject requested by the secretary of the department.
