RS 51:947 - Executive branch agency participation in mentor-protégé program Any state agency may develop a plan for participation in the mentor-protégé program which plan shall be consistent with the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to R.S. 51:946. Additionally, each plan shall specify the conditions for participation for that agency in accordance with the statutes governing public bid and procurement. Acts 2006, No. 434, §1.
