RS 51:951 - Purpose The purpose of this Part is to improve the dissemination of information regarding access to electric generation produced in Louisiana by generation facilities that use or consume groundwater of the state and to assure that Louisiana-based wholesale power buyers are notified of the generator's intent to sell power in furtherance of the policy set forth in R.S. 51:921.
