RS 53:44 - Cooperation with other states The governor may negotiate and act in concert with the proper authorities of other states with a view to effecting a synchronization and uniformity of blackouts and other precautionary measures in this state and all parts of other states necessary to carry out the intent and purpose of this Chapter.
