RS 54:186 - Penalty and persons liable Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or both. For the second or any subsequent violation, the penalties fixed by this Section shall be doubled.
