RS 56:1623 - Transfer of rights or property acquired in violation of R.S. 56:1621 Any sale, lease, exchange, transfer, or assignment by any of the persons mentioned in R.S. 56:1621 of any rights, property, or things of value acquired in violation of that Section shall be null and void ab-initio.
