RS 56:1685.1 - Gary James Hebert Memorial Lockhouse The lockhouse which is located within the Plaquemine Lock State Historic Site, heretofore known as the Plaquemine Lockhouse, is hereby designated and shall hereafter be known as the Gary James Hebert Memorial Lockhouse.
