RS 56:1686 - Use of terms prohibited The office of state parks classification terms, with the exceptions of state experimental site and special holdings, represent specific types and qualities of office of state parks holdings and therefore all use of such terms in any official name of public or private lands or holdings is prohibited except when approved by the secretary of the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism and when such areas meet the classification criteria as identified in R.S. 56:1684.
