RS 56:1802 - Authorized representative The assistant secretary of the office of state parks is designated as the authorized representative of the state of Louisiana under the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act (16 U.S.C.A §§4601-4 to 4601-11), which position is referred to as 'state liaison officer' and which federal act is hereinafter called 'act', is hereby directed to utilize the plan in carrying out the authority vested in said office, it being the intention that any action taken by the state liaison officer be pursuant to and in compliance with the plan.
