RS 56:1830 - Louisiana Natural Heritage Program There is hereby created within the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries the Louisiana Natural Heritage Program to administer the provisions of law and rules and regulations regarding the Louisiana Natural Areas Registry, the Threatened and Endangered Species Conservation program, and those programs, duties, and functions designated by the secretary in accordance with law.
