RS 56:19 - Exchange of fish hatched at fish hatcheries for fish roe or fish eggs The director may purchase fish roe or fish eggs and give in exchange or in consideration therefor a percent of the young fish hatched or produced at any of the state fish hatcheries. The placing of such young fish in waters on the land of such persons shall not be deemed a stocking of such waters with fish by the state. Amended by Acts 1974, No. 717, §1.
