RS 56:23 - Penalty for violations Whoever violates any of the provisions of Chapters 1 through 3 and 5 of this Title for which a penalty has not been otherwise specifically provided shall be penalized as a class one violation as provided in R.S. 56:31 and shall pay all court costs.
