RS 56:30.2 - Notice to legislators The department shall provide advance written notice to members of the legislature of any public hearing scheduled by the department to be held within the legislative district of the member. The notice shall be provided not later than thirty days prior to the date of the hearing. Acts 1999, No. 292, §1, eff. June 11, 1999.
