RS 56:301.6 - Special licenses and permits A person taking or possessing fish with a permit or license pursuant to R.S. 56:17, 318, 319, 412, 571, or any other Section of the laws of Louisiana, and unless otherwise prohibited by law, may be required to be licensed pursuant to this Part.
