RS 56:313 - Control of fisheries; duty of commission; duty of the department The exclusive control of the fish having a game or commercial value in the state is vested in the commission. The department shall enforce the provisions of law regulating them. All fish taken, possessed, or transported contrary to the provisions of this Subpart shall, when found, be confiscated by the department through its authorized agents. Acts 1974, No. 223, §1.
