RS 56:40.2 - Value of fish, wild birds, wild quadrupeds, and other wildlife and aquatic life For purposes of this Subpart, the commission shall adopt rules to establish guidelines for determining the value of injured or destroyed fish, wild birds, wild quadrupeds, and other wildlife and aquatic life and shall determine values for same based upon recommendations of department staff and other relevant factors.
