RS 56:40.6 - More than one defendant If more than one defendant is named in a suit or an adjudicatory proceeding brought under this Subpart, each defendant against whom judgment is rendered is jointly and severally liable for the recovery provided by this Subpart. Acts 1988, No. 169, §2.
