RS 56:403 - Commercial seining prohibited in Clear Lake; penalty No person shall seine fish for commercial purposes in Clear Lake, situated in the parish of Richland. The department shall take such steps as necessary to prevent the seining of fish for commercial purposes, at any time. Violation of this Section constitutes a class two violation.
