RS 56:438 - Surveyor, definition Surveyor as used in this Subpart shall mean the surveyor of the department or any other professional land surveyor qualified and currently licensed by the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Surveying Board in accordance with R.S. 37:681 et seq. who is authorized by the secretary to survey oyster leases under the laws of the state and rules, regulations, and policies of the department.
