RS 56:52 - Issuance of search warrants Judges of the city courts, district courts, and federal courts, and United States magistrates shall, within their respective jurisdictions, upon proper oath or affirmation, and upon probable cause shown, issue search warrants in aid of the enforcement of the laws or regulations under the jurisdiction of the commission and the department.
