RS 56:557 - Disposition of moneys received All moneys collected under the provisions of this Sub-part from fines paid for violation of the provisions of this Sub-part shall be remitted to the department not later than the tenth of the month following collection and shall be deposited by the department in the state treasury to the credit of the department's fund.
