RS 56:577 - Other powers and duties The secretary of the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries shall have the power to perform any and all acts, and to prescribe, issue, make, amend, and rescind such orders, rules, and regulations as are deemed necessary and proper to carry out the purposes of this Sub-Part, and which are not otherwise provided for herein.
