RS 56:583 - Federal fish hatchery The United States Secretary of the Interior, and the director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and his duly authorized agents, may conduct fish hatching and all operations connected therewith in Louisiana in connection with a federal fish hatchery to be located in the state as authorized by the congress of the United States, in any manner and at any time considered by them to be necessary and proper, after consultation with the commission.
