RS 56:61 - Disposition of things, other than vessels, airplanes, vehicles and equipment, confiscated or forfeited to the department Things, other than vessels, airplanes, vehicles, and equipment, confiscated by the department or forfeited to the commission shall be disposed of under regulations to be established by the commission. The preferred disposition shall be by public sale, however, disposition may include gifts to schools or charitable institutions or destruction. Acts 1981, No. 837, §1.
