RS 56:63 - Proceeds of sales of things seized; commingling with conservation fund Where things seized by the department are sold, upon proper record of the sale being made and preserved, the proceeds of the sale shall be deposited in the conservation fund to be used solely for uniform cleaning and the acquisition of equipment for enforcement agents.
