RS 56:639.2 - Purposes The purpose of this Subpart is to promote and facilitate effective establishment and maintenance of artificial reefs in the offshore waters of Louisiana, as provided in this Subpart and in compliance with the National Fishing Enhancement Act. It is the further purpose of this Subpart to provide for the jurisdiction and cooperation of various state agencies in the implementation of any plan or program developed pursuant to this Subpart.
