RS 56:676 - Reciprocity; license fees; seasons; limits Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, where the commission fails to enter into a reciprocal agreement with a state as allowed in R.S. 56:673, 674, and 675, residents of that state shall be granted or sold privileges and licenses equal to those privileges and licenses granted or sold to Louisiana residents by the nonresident's state.
