RS 56:699.22 - Council powers; duties; responsibilities The council shall develop plans and strategies to promote public awareness that fees, taxes, and traditional expenditures of hunters and anglers provide financial support for the management of fish and wildlife resources, habitat conservation and management, and the enforcement of fish and wildlife laws, and contribute to the local and national economy.
