RS 56:703 - Lease or sale of lands to federal government by levee boards The boards of commissioners of the various levee districts may donate, lease, or sell, under such terms and conditions as they deem best, any lands respectively owned by them to the United States of America for use as refuges or sanctuaries for migratory wild fowl. However, in all cases the mineral rights on all such lands shall be reserved. Amended by Acts 1974, No. 717, §1.
