RS 56:71 - Governor authorized to enter into compact with other states relative to better utilization of fisheries The governor shall execute a compact on behalf of Louisiana with any one or more of the states of Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, and Texas, and with such other states as may enter into the compact legally therein in the form substantially as follows in this Part.
