RS 56:714 - Penalty for violation of rules and regulations Whoever violates any rule or regulation prescribed by the director by virtue of the authority granted to him under R.S. 56:713 shall, for each offense, be fined not less than $25 or more than $100 or be imprisoned for not less than ten days or more than thirty days.
