RS 56:721 - Authorization A. Any parish may by formal resolution of its governing authority establish, maintain, and operate game and fish preserves, upon lands or waterbodies wholly located within the parish. B. Two or more parish governing authorities may by separate formal resolutions establish, maintain, and operate game and fish preserves composed of contiguous lands or waterbodies shared by the parishes. All of the parish governing authorities shall adopt formal resolutions in order for the game and fish preserve to become effective. Acts 2016, No. 173, §1.
