RS 56:725 - Expropriation of property; revocation of rules and regulations Governing authorities of parishes availing themselves of the provisions of this Sub-part may expropriate such property, under the rules and regulations provided by law, as is necessary to the establishment of the preserve and to the establishment of fishing and hunting camps provided for in R.S. 56:726, and may annul, revoke, and set aside any rule or regulation made by the commission when petitioned by not less than fifty citizens and taxpayers of the parish.
