RS 56:754 - Penalty for violation of rules and regulations Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Sub-part, or such rules and regulations as shall hereunder have been adopted by the commissioner, shall, for each offense, pay the cost of the prosecution and be fined not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned for not less than ten days nor more than six months, or both.
